How is this training different from crossfit, bootcamp or anything else?
This training is designed specifically for military, police or first responders. It has been designed by direct combat ex Infantry soldiers, police officers and Defence Force Physical Training Instructors. The training covers strength training, powerlifting, hybridised crossfit style sessions, bodyweight circuits, kettlebell workouts, running, interval training, long distance work, pack marching, weighted vest work and swimming. But as each program is custom designed we only use the techniques and progressions that are the best fit for you.
We focus on developing strength, cardiovascular endurance, lactic capacity and anaerobic development through a range of varied disciplines.
We also focus on key military and police performance targets and specific training for that field.
