How is training delivered and how much coaching/1-on-1 work do we do?
Training is delivered through our training and coaching login area. It provides a platform where we can deliver programming, track and record results, conduct technique and video analysis and communicate directly. In terms of working 1-on-1 often in the first 4 weeks we work more frequently together to gain momentum, your coach is checking in on your progress daily and checking your results, providing feedback and coaching. Every week we assign a 15min coaching call to ensure you are on track and adjust programming as required.
Do I train with you or by myself?
You train by yourself or with another client in your area. The pros to our style of training is you receive full level professional programming often 6 sessions per week and your programming is designed specifically for you. This means 2 things: You acheive faster progress becasue all your sessions are planned and structured in proper training cycles and progression rates and your programming is designed around your strengths, weaknesses, goals and time constraints. You dont need to pay for multiple personal training sessions and you dont need to do group classes which dont offer the specificity of individual programming.
How is the training specific for military or law enforcement?
After the numerous years of serving both within Australia and on deployment our team know exactly what is required to perform at a high level within the numerous services. Our overarching goal is to have you as effective as possible in a high threat environment. Every person is different weather you need to pass your fitness assessment, apply for special forces or sert we have you covered. We use different training techniques from strength, power work, circuits, cross fit style trainings, sprints, intervals, HIIT, swimming, marching order and patrol order sessions and long distance running. It depends on each person as to what we program.
How does the nutrition part work?
In the initial screening process and planning consult we will run through your nutrition, and discuss an effective plan of attack. We can then design you a nutrition and supplement plan to work from as we track your progress and performance increases.
How much does training cost?
For our remote coaching you are looking at $790 for a 12 week training cycle. Depending on positions available we sometimes offer different rates. We have a weekly payment plan option however this is a contract as we spend a large majority of our time writing your program and nutrition plan in the early stages of training.
Whats the difference between remote coaching and individual programs and courses?
Remote coaching is where you work with a coach, programming is written by your coach, we track results in a more detailed way and form visual graphs representing your progress over time. Regular weekly coaching calls are conducted to make sure you get the best progress possible.
Our programs and courses do not include any customization, 1-on-1 coaching or in depth result tracking. You simply choose your program and hook in.
What equipment do I need?
Programming is customized for each individual, you dont neccesarily require access to a gym however once you are at certain performance levels we do reccomend having access to different training equipment in order to advance you at the best possible rate. In the perfect world access to a gym, pool, quality pack, and weighted vest is reccomended.
